Umoja Mobile is an enhanced platform that is optimized to deliver personalized, responsive and simplified user experience across all devices (desktops, tablets and mobile phones). The user-centered design concept of the platform focuses on the way people work and offers straightforward and intuitive flow, resulting in an improved and more user-friendly experience.The Time and Attendance application will give staff and managers the flexibility to take leave-related actions quickly and conveniently from any device. They can also track the status of their submitted requests as well as check their leave balances. On the receiving end, designated leave approvers can take actions on the submitted requests. On the same platform, staff can use the Pay Statements application to conveniently view and print their current as well as past pay statements.
