Background
The SMA suite comprises strategy definition, performance monitoring and dashboards as an end-to-end solution for strategic planning and management in support of programme planning, monitoring and evaluation requirements for Results-Based Budgeting (PK) and Annual Results Frameworks (regular budget, or RB). The Strategic Management Application suite of solutions includes programme planning, interlinking and managing different strategies and frameworks, as well as enabling performance monitoring and reporting for various stakeholders.
