Background

Donor Relations and Fundraising provides the functionality to register and maintain donor profiles and interact with donors throughout the donor life cycle from appeals for funds until the signing of grant agreements. The fundraising module supports programme managers in analysing their prospective donors, launching the appeals including publishing to the web, planning media events and following through with interested donors until the conclusion of a grant agreements. The fundraising module provides a holistic view of the resource mobilization efforts and also enriches the planning for implementation by providing better fund and cash flow forecasts and by monitoring the revenue pipeline.
