Abstract
This course covers how to view existing contacts already linked to a donor organization, add a new contact affiliated with a potential donor organization, search for a contact, edit the address of a particular donor contact, log a note on a potential donor contact, upload an attachment for a donor contact, upload a photo for a particular contact, view a contact audit trail, and view who created a contact’s record.
